WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

All our products have a 14-day return policy, you can find more details here. The items will be accepted back with a full refund if they meet all of our returns terms and conditions and a request has been submitted within 14 days of receipt of the package.You can do the revocation simply by sending us an email to support@axzenia.com. We would appreciate knowing the reason for the return. We cannot send you a return label. Unfortunately, you have to pay the costs for the return.

In order to apply for a return, the returned product must:

  • Submitted a request within 14 days after the delivery.
  • The item is in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You can expect your orders to be delivered to you within an estimated 5-15 days.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP?

We ship within the USA, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, European Countries, and other Asian countries. For more details, you can contact our support team at support@axzenia.com.                                                                                               

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

Our standard shipping cost is calculated at checkout. However, we do have promotions for free delivery.

If you are located outside the mainland US, Canada, New Zealand, and Australia your country may expect you to pay the duty fees required to import goods into your country, a fee that may be placed on your delivery by your country’s government.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 72 hours. You will receive a shipment confirmation email once the tracking number is available.

CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

A tracking number will be sent to you by email within 24 hours after your order has been placed. You can also put your tracking number here to check.

If you didn't receive your tracking number within the time frame, please contact our support team at support@axzenia.com.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards and debit cards Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept Google Pay as well as Apple Pay.

Note: We are currently working on our PayPal payment method and hopefully will be able to offer that also in the near future.                                                                 

CAN I AMEND MY ORDER OR CHANGE ADDRESS AFTER I HAVE PLACED IT?

We aim to deliver the best products and services for you, so our warehouse is processing orders within a few hours of receiving them.

However, if a change is absolutely necessary please contact us as fast as possible at support@axzenia.com after the order has been placed, and we'll do our best to help out.

I RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM/DAMAGED ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We apologize for this inconvenience. We’d be delighted to help you right away by offering a free replacement order.

I WANT TO EXCHANGE THE SIZE, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

For sizing issues, we can offer you a free replacement. You can still keep the current order, you would just have to pay for the replacement shipping cost to you - which is significantly cheaper than paying for a return.
